kawarazuzakura

It was hard work climbing up a bank to grab shots of these early blooming sakura trees.

NHK news said this morning that anzu blossoms were sighted which means sakura blossoms will follow next. We had a false spring, warm weather spell which was followed by these past few days of cold cold winds ( at high speeds) called haruichiban. And several nights of frost, which will probably check some growth in our garden, especially our vegetable plot. However, the weather will probably warm up this week, according to the weather reports.
