On Sunday, I went for a walk with my sister to the river to see the Koinobori windsocks that are being hoisted all along the river in anticipation of Children’s Day or Boy’s Day in May. And I saw these growing all the way up the canal walls, so I climbed up to get a good shot. A jungle packed with pinks pom-poms. One of my favourite wildflowers or grasses.
