Calanthe discolor
A quiet orchid quite different from most kinds of shop orchids that are usually colourful. There are many species of this orchid called Calanthe. This particular one is Calanthe discolor. The bright yellow Calanthe or ebine is a popular planting in Japanese woodland gardens.
